Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received them. Please keep all original packaging and labels intact. -
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return:- Cookware that has been used.
- Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
- Products with missing or damaged packaging.

- Name and shipping address
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product
Once we receive your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refund Process:
After we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Please note that refunds are issued only in the form of cash on delivery, which can be used for future purchases on Stellan Kitchen. We do not offer direct cash refunds. -
Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
